'Steinway Tower', which developers claim is "the most slender skyscraper in the world", is now welcoming its first residents. The 1,428 ft tower, with a width to height ratio of 1:24, includes 60 apartments spanning 84 floors. The apartments range from $7.75 million (around ₹59 crore) for a studio apartment to $66 million (over ₹500 crore) for a penthouse.
