The hull of a tour boat that went missing after an accident killed at least 14 people has been found underwater off the northern coast, said Japan's coast guard on Friday. The "Kazu I" went missing last Saturday off the island of Hokkaido with 26 people on board. Officials said 14 were found dead while the rest remain unaccounted for.
