World Trade Organisation's (WTO) Dispute Settlement Body will examine India's tariffs after China alleged they discriminate against Chinese solar energy and technology products, Reuters reported citing a WTO official. WTO will form a panel to determine if India's import duties on solar energy products are consistent with its WTO commitments. India had blocked China's dispute panel request in May.
