An X user has shared a picture of an e-challan issued by the Haryana Traffic Police, which purportedly shows a ₹10,000 fine being imposed on an electric vehicle for "violation of air pollution standards". Questioning how the police justify the fine, the user called it "absolutely shameful". "They knew...source of electricity was non-renewable," another user said reacting to the post.
