Chinese EV maker Xpeng has begun G6 & G9 SUV production at Magna Steyr's Graz, Austria plant - its first European manufacturing base. The move helps it meet EU rules while scaling sales. Xpeng will also open an R&D hub in Munich to tailor products for the region. Deliveries hit a record 37,709 in Aug, up 169% YoY. Shares are up 77% YTD.
