Y Combinator to sell 1.05% stake in Meesho at 4% discount: Report

Y Combinator will sell a 1.05% stake in Meesho through a block deal on Monday at up to a 4% discount to its previous closing price, NDTV Profit reported. The ₹957.5-crore transaction will be executed at block price of ₹197.5 per share. Y Combinator will be subject to a 30-day lock-in period for any further stake sale following the transaction.
