YAAS stock surges 60% on YATOP acquisition deal
Youxin Technology (YAAS) surged over 60% on Monday after agreeing to buy an 18% stake in TikTok agency YATOP Group for $10.8 million. The $60.8 million deal is paid via share exchange. YAAS plans joint software development to support YATOP. The stock hit its best single-day gain in nearly 10 months.
