Yahoo Answers, a digital question-and-answer platform that was launched in 2005, is shutting down on May 4. The platform will stop accepting new submissions from users starting April 20. The platform "has become less popular over the years" and has "decided to shift our resources away...to focus on products that better serve our members", the company said.
