Search major Yahoo on Friday killed the older version of its Yahoo Messenger app 18 years afer its launch in March 9, 1998. It was the main tool used by the oil traders to communicate since the late 1990s. The service will now be available at a new and faster Yahoo Messenger platform announced by Yahoo in December 2015.
