Yahoo Japan Corp would buy mobile and broadband service provider eAccess Ltd from Softbank Corp. The deal, worth 324 billion yen ($3.17 billion), is a bid by Yahoo to expand its services for tablets and smartphones. Softbank said in a separate statement that it would book a special gain worth 55.7 billion yen for fiscal year ending March 2015.
