Amid rains in Delhi, the level of Yamuna River breached the all-time record of 207.49 metres set in 1978, the Central Water Commission said on Wednesday. The river is now flowing at 207.55 metres, it added. "Reinforcement of embankments and large-scale evacuation operations are going on. We are fully prepared," Delhi minister and AAP leader Atishi said.
