Yashasvi Jaiswal, Asitha Fernando fined 25% of match fee over head clash

India batter Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sri Lanka pacer Asitha Fernando have been fined 25% of their match fees and handed one demerit point each over their head clash in Colombo. The ICC said Fernando moved his head towards Jaiswal before the Indian leaned in, resulting in contact. Both admitted breaching the rule on inappropriate physical contact and accepted the sanctions.
