Yashoda Hospital treats 10-month-old with complex heart defect
Doctors at Yashoda Hospital, Somajiguda, successfully treated a 10-month-old with severe pulmonary valve stenosis, an atrial septal defect and interrupted IVC. Led by Dr Pankaj Vinod Jariwala, the team performed minimally invasive balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty to relieve the valve obstruction. The child is recovering well, while the ASD will be monitored for future treatment.
