West Bengal's Transport Department, through its Yatri Sathi App, has launched digital bus ticket booking services for buses operated by WBTC. This feature, which is currently available on 12 pilot routes connecting the airport, will be expanded to cover the entire WBTC network in Kolkata. The app allows users to easily book bus tickets by selecting their route or destination.
