Yes Bank is planning to sell a pool of stressed assets worth ₹48,000 crore to US-based JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), BQ Prime reported. JC Flowers has agreed to place a ₹12,400-crore bid against the stressed assets on sale, ensuring a 25% recovery. Yes Bank will have to invest ₹300-400 crore in the ARC as part of the deal.
