Yes Bank has clawed back performance bonus of ₹1.44 crore paid to Co-founder and former CEO Rana Kapoor for 2014-15 and 2015-16, following directions from the Reserve Bank of India. The private lender did not pay any performance bonus to Kapoor in financial years 2016-17 and 2017-18. Kapoor stepped down in January after RBI declined to give him another term.
