Yes Bank, which holds 25.63% stake in Dish TV, has written to the company seeking removal of its MD Jawahar Goel and four directors, the DTH service provider said. The bank has also opposed Dish TV's fundraising of ₹1,000 crore through rights issue. The bank said the company's board is not acting in line with good corporate governance standards.
