Yes Bank's wholly-owned subsidiary Yes Securities (India) Limited has been fined ₹5 lakh for multiple violations including irregularities in periodical settlement of client funds, shortage in collection of margin and not adhering to leverage and exposure limits. SEBI said Yes Securities "failed in its fiduciary duties owed to its clients". The firm, however, didn't make disproportionate gains.
