Yogi Limited has secured ₹80 crore in domestic orders from Companion Vinimay Trading for industrial components, with delivery expected in 15 days. Additionally, the company invested ₹45 crore in Farewell Real Estate Pvt Ltd via 4,500 optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) of ₹1,00,000 each, as the first tranche under a subscription agreement approved by shareholders through postal ballot.
