Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi HC judge Swarana Kanta Sharma attended RSS-linked events four times, as he sought her recusal from hearing in the liquor policy case. Kejriwal, who argued for himself, said that a litigant can seek a judge's recusal over "apprehension of bias". "The ideology they [RSS] follow is something we strongly oppose," he said.
