Supreme Court, while hearing the stray dogs case, said no one can read the animal's behaviour when he's in "mood to bite". Questioning why stray dogs should be present inside schools, hospitals or courts, the top court asked what objection could exist to removing them from such premises. "Which dog is in what mood...you don't know," Justice Vikram Nath said.
