Supreme Court on Friday refused to interfere with a Karnataka High Court order that had granted relief to Blinkit in a trademark infringement suit filed by a Bangalore-based startup Blinkhit. The court noted that Blinkhit had zero turnover. Blinkhit in 2022 moved a plea in Bengaluru's city civil court alleging that it had obtained the registered trademark back in 2016.
