The Kerala High Court, while hearing petition of producers of 'JSK: Janaki vs State of Kerala', asked Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), "Now you'll dictate to directors and artists which names they should use?" The CBFC has denied certificate to the film over the name Janaki which is another name for Goddess Sita.
