The Delhi government's counsel Rahul Mehra on Tuesday told the Delhi High Court that the national capital didn't receive its full 590 MT of oxygen adding, "People are dying." Centre's counsel ASG Chetan Sharma asked Mehra to 'not get into rhetoric', to which HC said, "This is not rhetoric...Sorry, Mr Sharma. You may be blind, we are not."
