The Supreme Court criticised the CBI for arresting Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case while he was in judicial custody in the ED case. "When you're in custody...if you are arresting him again you need permission of the court," the court said. "You can't just barge in to arrest without any basis," Kejriwal's lawyer AM Singhvi said.
