Former SRH head coach Tom Moody said the team is employing a "short-sighted" approach with their youngsters. "If you're thinking short-sighted with players like Umran Malik, Abdul Samad, or Abhishek Sharma, they are never going to realise their potential in your franchise," said Moody. He added that the team has to be "prepared" to deal with youngsters having bad days.
