Your cells remember every cigarette you smoked: Harvard's Sinclair

Dr David Sinclair said on the podcast that scientists can detect a smoking-related “memory” in cells. He cited his friend Steve Horvath, who developed an ageing clock, saying it can be more accurate than people’s own recollection of how much they smoked. Sinclair added that many people may underestimate or deny their smoking history.
