After Delhi government claimed that the existing medical infrastructure in the National Capital "isn't in shambles", Delhi High Court said, "Now you are behaving like an ostrich with its head in the sand." Earlier, the court made similar remark against the Centre over oxygen shortage in Delhi and said, "You can put your head in sand like ostrich, we'll not."
