The Bellenje police have arrested a youth on charges of harassing a college student while she was returning home in Puttur, Karnataka. The accused has been identified as Uday, a resident of Perlampady. According to police sources, the student had lodged a complaint a few days ago, alleging that a man on a motorcycle harassed her during her commute.
