Youth visits temple pond with friends, drowns; body found next day

A 28-year-old man in Kerala drowned in Thanakulam temple pond while swimming with friends. After he disappeared under water, locals alerted authorities. The Fire and Rescue scuba team initiated a search operation, which was paused by evening due to low visibility. Resuming the search the following morning, rescue officials recovered Binu's body around 8 AM near the drain.
