YouTube announces new AI, shopping tools for creators

YouTube announced new AI, shopping and personalisation tools at its annual Made on YouTube event in New York. Updates include YouTube Studio tools for draft feedback, thumbnails and video cut testing, along with a Gemini assistant for editing Shorts. YouTube is testing AI comment moderation and voice-and-facial likeness protection, while creators in India and Brazil can now tag Amazon products.
