YouTube has announced a 'Voluntary Exit Program' for certain US-based employees as part of a major AI-driven restructuring. In a memo, CEO Neal Mohan said there will be no role eliminations, but eligible employees can choose to leave voluntarily with a severance package. The company has also created three new product divisions to succeed in the AI era.
