An animal rights charity, Lady Freethinker, has filed a lawsuit against YouTube in US accusing it of failing to remove animal abuse videos from its platform. The charity's Founder Nina Jackel told the NYT that they had been asking YouTube to tackle animal abuse on its platform for 18 months. "This lawsuit is kind of a last straw," she added.
