YouTube is planning to roll out the option for creators to reply to comments with Shorts. "We heard that you want to be able to feature comments posted on your channel in your Shorts content...and now you can," YouTube said. Over 1.5 billion logged-in users watch Shorts each month. The feature is only available for creators on iOS for now.
