Google's CEO Sundar Pichai has said company-owned video sharing platform YouTube is "too big" to be completely fixed in terms of videos of hate speech. YouTube has recently made "significant revisions" to its hate speech policy and removed over nine million videos in the last quarter, Pichai said. "Let's say we're getting it right 99% of the time," he added.
