Chennai Police on Saturday arrested YouTuber ‘Savukku’ Shankar from his residence for allegedly extorting ₹2 lakh from a film producer. Shankar’s staff too were detained after high drama that saw the police, aided by fire and rescue services, break into his house to take him into custody. This is the 9th time Shankar was arrested after DMK came to power.
