Zaggle, a specialist in business expense management, announced an amendment to its agreement with Tyger Capital on July 16, 2025. Zaggle will continue providing its Zoyer Platform and utility bill payment services to Tyger for 24 months. The company, with a market cap of over ₹5,500 crore, has an ace investor, Ashish Kacholi, holding a 2.24% stake.
