Marta Ortega, the 37-year-old daughter of Zara Co-founder Amancio Ortega, has been named the next Chairwoman of Zara's parent company Inditex following a "generational handover process". Spanish retail giant Inditex owns high street chains Zara, Bershka and Massimo Dutti. Marta Ortega, who's been with the firm for 15 years, will take over as Chairwoman of Inditex from April 1, 2022.
