Zee Entertainment Enterprises has agreed to repay dues worth ₹83 crore to IndusInd Bank, Bloomberg reported. IndusInd Bank will withdraw its insolvency proceedings against the media company after the dues are cleared, the report added. According to the report, the payment could happen as soon as Friday and will help Zee to complete its merger with Sony.
