Zee Entertainment stock falls after warrant allotment

Shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises fell 1.58 percent during the trading session on Monday. The downward movement came after the media company announced the allotment of 20.94 crore convertible warrants on a preferential basis to its promoter group entity, Sunbright Mauritius, generating an upfront cash receipt of ₹659.76 crore.
