Zee Media Corporation Ltd has made the full payment towards the redemption of 2,300 unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable NCDs (Non-Convertible Debentures) aggregating to ₹230 crore. The debentures had a face value of ₹10 lakh each. Earlier, Zee's Board of Directors approved the exploration of various funding options, including equity shares and debt instruments to raise up to ₹400 crore.
