Union Minister Piyush Goyal took a dig at the alliance between Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena and Raj Thackeray's MNS for the BMC elections, saying, "zero plus zero is equal to zero". He also countered their 'Marathi Manoos' narrative and said that nobody is an "outsider" in Mumbai. He slammed Uddhav Thackeray's BMC tenure for failing to tackle monsoon woes.
