Zerodha has only hired 5 employees for its tech team in the past four years taking its total strength to 35, CTO Kailash Nadh said. Of these, three were hired in the last year itself. Stating that Zerodha focuses on human decency and building relationships, he said, "It's a group of people who hang out with each other...have right philosophies."
