Times Internet owned auto portal, Zigwheels on Tuesday was acquired by Girnar Software for an undisclosed amount. In the strategic acquisition, Times Internet has joined Girnar Software as an investor. Operating as a separate business, Zigwheels will also work with other Girnar Software-owned automotive related portals namely CarDekho, Gaadi, BikeDekho and TyreDekho.
