A court-appointed arbitrator has ruled that a 2015 term sheet between hotel room aggregator ZO Rooms and OYO is a binding agreement which OYO had breached. While ZO Rooms claims it is entitled to a 7% stake in OYO under the term sheet, OYO has denied it. OYO said no specific relief in terms of receiving ownership has been granted.
