Deepinder Goyal, the CEO of food delivery startup Zomato, has proposed a temporary reduction in the salaries of employees across the entire organisation, starting June. He proposed lower cuts for people with lower salaries and cuts of up to 50% for people with higher salaries. Goyal added this wouldn't apply to those who've already taken equal or higher voluntary cuts.
