Foodtech giant Zomato has launched Nugget, an AI-powered, no-code customer support platform, for enterprises worldwide. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal announced the launch on X, highlighting that Nugget allows businesses to scale support effortlessly with highly customizable, low-cost features- no development team required. "With no rigid workflows, it offers seamless automation," Goyal stated.
