Zomato has offered to buy e-commerce shipping startup Shiprocket at about $2 billion valuation, Bloomberg reported. The acquisition deal is reportedly not final and Zomato could opt out of it. Headquartered in Delhi, Shiprocket raised funds in August 2022 at a valuation of $1.23 billion, the report stated citing data from PitchBook.
