Zomato announced that its Czech Republic-based subsidiary, Lunchtime, has started the liquidation process. Lunchtime, which has a net worth of ₹28.2 lakh, is not a material subsidiary of Zomato and its dissolution won't affect the food delivery startup, an exchange filing said. The subsidiary doesn't have any active business operations, the filing added.
