Video conferencing app Zoom's Founder and CEO Eric Yuan admitted to falling short of community's privacy and security expectations amid coronavirus lockdown and said, "I am deeply sorry." He said Zoom was primarily built for large institutions with full IT support. "We didn't build Zoom with foresight that everyone would suddenly be working, studying, and socialising from home," he added.
